Vodafone Prepaid - caller tune charges deducted Rs 30

Got a sms stating that caller tune has been activated on my cell # 9768431243 and that Rs 30.00 has been deducted; also therein was mentioned that to cancel send sms CAN CT to 144. I have NEVER asked for any Caller tune. So I sent an sms with CAN CT to 144. Got reply that Caller Tune has been deactivated on my mobile, but I HAVE NOT YET got REFUND for the wrongly deducted charges. Request you to expedite this erroneous deduction. 22-10-2011
