[Resolved] Vodafone — Prepaid recharge failure | |||
Initially, I contacted Vodafone customer care enquiring for message offers and informed that for a recharge of 77 rs, a offer of 9,000 free messages with 90 days validity would be availed. I recharged and found in vain. I called back to customer care and found that there is no such offer currently. I want my money to be refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||
