Vodafone Prepaid — Internet Charges | |||
Dear Sir!! I have been utilizing Vodafone Prepaid Mobile since 2006. My Mobile number is [protected] (Off Chennai Region). On 20th November 2010, I have recharged with Rs.14/= (TN [protected]) to make internet access. After recharging it, i contacted the customer care of Vodafone services, to get the activation rights for accessing the internet. They have sent me the activation message. And i browsed the internet after an hour of the recharge. After sometime, i had checked my balance, where it was deducted of Rs.165/=. Knowing that, again i contacted the customer care. They informed me that the internet can be accessed after 5 hours of recharging. But they didn't intimate this information, when i had talked with the customer care for getting over the activation access. Even they haven't informed me through message services. I am totally disappointed through this process. For your information, Vodafone is sending service request message (e.g. Are you satisfied with the Customer Care Executives response?), which is not necessary for the customers. As a service provider, Vodafone must inform these procedures to the customers through message services. I want to get refund of my deducted amount (Rs.165/=) from the Vodafone services. I want the concerned authorities to solve this issue. And also, telecom regulators must ensure the customers that it should not happen once again from the service providers. Thank u.
