[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid - Tn — Change in tariff plan without any intimation. | |||
I have been using Vodafone prepaid [protected] since April 2003...i.e from BPL to Hutch to Vodafone. On March 1st I have activated the conference service, (that was preactivated - but i was forced to follow up for the same service). Post activation of conference, My FNF plan is changed to 10Paise to 20 Paise, when i called the customer they simply said no option to lodge complaint like this and visit Vodafone store. On repeated calling up customer, after preessing 4, 9 etc... i was able to get in touch with the customer care - Unhappy to help.... They said, there is no scheme like this.,,, all FNF are 10 paise i have to explain them all from first and they transfered to their higher official... he said... since i activated the conference my validaity is extended from short term to long term. I asked them to cancel the con call activtion and revert back to the previous plan,, they said no option to do so. So i asked them to lodge a complaint, they said there is no option to take this issue as a complaint. Finally when i asked for a solution, those irresponsible persons were asking me to rechare every time... After a long argument.... their suggestion is to go to a network, from which i can get this offer... even they sufggested the network alos.... What kind of customer care does vodafone is having??? Guys wake up.... Now - Change my FNF call traiff... or force me to move and my friends, total to change from Vodafone to [protected]@@@ Was this information helpful? | |||
