[Resolved] Vodafone — problem in postpaid bill | |||
I am using mobile connection of vodafone [protected] from last 4 years. few months ago I received a call for conversion of my connection from prepaid to post paid. I found the plans suitable to my usages. i convert my no. to postpaid. after some days. I received another call from vodafone mohali for free add on postpaid connection. then I get another no.[protected] for my electronics service engineer. He was using the same for 2 months. he activate a gprs pack of rs 99 (1 gb ) Billing Cycle for this [protected] no. is 21 to 20 th of every month. On 17august 2012 he checked his balance data via sms. he get reply: "YOU HAVE CONSUMED 579.56 MB on this billing cycle" It means he left 444 MB Pending. But the next day my no.[protected] is deactivated. (incomming + outgoing both) When I approach the vodafone service we get reply that your "Connection is deactivated due to excess amount of bill. i.e. Rs.4250 due to usage of internet the limit of no.[protected] is Rs.1500 AND PLAN is Rs.125 If the data usages is not included in the limt then by which rule my no. is deactivated My no. is deactivated without any information before one day of billing cycle. who is responsible for the loss of my work..... Now i have decided to port my both no. in BSNL Because i am also using another BSNL connection from 10 years. and I am very happy with it......
