Vodafone — Wrong bill generated | |||
Hi, I have been using Vodafone number for last 9+ months, service is good to go, but on month of September ,date 5 , time around 10:40 A.M. i got a call from a number [protected] informing me that i made a ISD call for which i will be charged RS. 100/min. I got shocked because i didn't make any call not a single local, STD. I called on customer care there the said until and unless my bill not get generated they will not do anything. I went to Vodafone store there they said the same line. And on 3rd of Oct. my bill got generated which i got through mail after 3-4 days. in that an ISD call charges comes on Number[protected] and charges Rs. 1400 + tax. i talked with Vodafone customer care, went to Vodafone store, Mailed a lot to them they are not giving me correct ans. they are saying that these charges are genuine and i have to pay that. i did not utilized that why should i pay. it’s almost going to three month and Vodafone is adding late fine too. my bill is going to Rs. 2000 +. all my services are stopped. kindly do the need full.
