[Resolved]  Vodafone Recharge — Recharge through Internet Banking

Sir,

I have transferred an amount of Rs. 67/- from my bank account to Vodafone account to recharge a mobile number [protected] to make calls at a tariff of 1 paisa per second.

But the mobile phone with the said number had not received any message regarding the recharge.

When I called the Vodafone Customer Care the executive who answered my call asked me to register a complaint in Vodafone website.

I did the same.

Today I received a reply from the company that they could not process my complaint. In the reply they did not give any reasons for their inability to process my request.

Further, this is not the first time with the company. In the past, more than a year ago, I have lost Rs. 750/- for recharge errors.

Further, the company deducted Rs.3/- everyday for some unknown period before I could notice the daily deduction from my balance.

In the past two occassions I did not make complaint thinking that that was some problem with software or something.

But later I came to know through an executive of the company in some private conversation that the such amounts would be refunded if the customer persists for refund.

Hence I hereby initiate a complaint against the company.
