Vodafone — recharge refund
I had done an online mobile recharge on July 12,2011. The recharge failed and I received an sms from Vodafone stating that the amount of Rs.52 will be credited back into my account in 5 working days. Since then I have called their helpline and sent many emails, the last 2 to their Nodal Officer. Both the times I received the reply that my number was not available and that the amount will be credited in 5 working days. I have now sent an email to 'Appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com'. I do not have much hope there hence I am appealing to you.[protected]
