[Resolved] Vodafone — Reduction of amount | |||
Refer to my previous complaint. My vodafone account was deducted with rs.30/- for hello tunes which i am saying repeatedly that i have not at all activated. This is a strategy of company to malign its customers by deducting the amount. Kindly look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

The mobile phone service providers are simply playing with the customers as there is no direct control of govt. machines over them. yesterday on 19 Sep 12 my no.[protected] was deducted with an amount of rs 15/- for a service called caller tunes which i neither subscribed nor want to subscribe. When i wanted to contact the contact numbers provided in the SMS i am getting a reply that u seems to have dialed a wrong number. It means there is no option left with me and my account is debited. kindly help me to solve the issue. Also the company to be warned for this type of mistakes. Thanking you.
