[Resolved] Vodafone — regarding misbehavior and threatening from unknown number | |||
Dear, sir i m a 25 years working girl. I m staying here with my family. The thing is i m using a mobile with vodafone connection. From last few day a person calling me from diffrent numbers and using very vulgar language for me. I m really very worried for this. Vodafone — MISBEHAVOUR
RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,I am Mammohan mehta and i am a user of vodafone postpaid conection no.[protected].
But very regretfully i am telling you that yesterday i got a call from one of your exicutive
and his way of talking was quite irrespectful and wrong. [protected] was the no. from
which i got that call . i unfortunately i have forgot the name of that person who did that
call to me.That person gave me a threat that the next bill you will get will be over charged
by 700 rs. . and i am very depressed after knowing this that such kind of persons are working
with such a big company like vodafone. So pls sir take nessesory action for these kind of
irresponsible people.

He called me from the phone number [protected]. Hence I request you to please let me know the details of the owner of the phone number to get me my money back. Vodafone — misbehave
hi my name is siddharth and mobile no [protected] i made a call to vodafone customer care at chandigarh to know why im charged with rs10 every weak but one of your customer executive who misbehaved with me by saying (ek baap ki alod hai to waite n watch) i just want to know that what kind of services you are providing to your customer?????i request you to take some action agains him.

I received a call from a vodaphone representative on 25th June, 2009 at 4pm from [protected] offering some postpaid connection. I have never come across a more rude person than him. He had no manners and behaved extremely bad way. In disgust, I cut the phone then he called back and said foul things. I am planning to leave the vodaphone connection and switch to Airtel.Vodafone — Misbehavior .

I was using Vodafone for past 3 year in chennai. I started facing a problem from Deceber 2009. The problem was that my messages were not being delievered to one no of other network. I complained to customer care many times and everytime they respond that their techincal team is working and will resolve in 5 days. Finally I informed to customer care that I will not pay the bill if issue is not resolved till next billing cyle and I clearly instructed the cumstomer respresetative to mention the same in my complain. I waited till january 2010 to get the issue resolved but they dint resolve it so i decided to close the connection and sent a requested mail to vodafone care to stop the services. Since till that day they dint resolve the issue so I dint pay the bill as I had mentioned very clearly to customer representative. I had suffered a lot while talking to customer services. Now they are using very abusive langauage and threatening to my friends and family. They are menatlly harrashing my friends whome I had made calls in past. Please help me out. please sir i am getting some threatening calls from this number - [protected].don't let this guy know that i posted this no' here. actually some one is calling my friend unnecessarily and causing trouble and then called me up to threat.
i want full detail of this no'. u can even check its incoming call on my no' dat is [protected] for your verification. But please help me out sir.

Vodafone — misbehave and
Hi !Sir this is very rediculus that these guys of vodafone are setting the bad example, o[censored]sing these goons to take the payment which is still existing numbers, sir i m feeling so harrash of these goons since last two weeks, is there any one to rescue my rights, or where should i appeal. there is one call every day i m getting from [protected] and this lady not even sense to talk, she always use very abusing language which is not bearable to any society.
