Vodafone - Remove markeeting message just played befoe caller tune

Dear Sir,

I Jaspreet Singh Chaudhry having postpaid mobile connection of Vodafone bearing no. 9868081470 have activated a caller tune on my no. on 31st May.,2012. Before After activating the caller tune i called to customer care to raise my request to remove the marketing message just before the caller tune plays , but this they deny that there is no procedure for that.

But this is wrong, as fotr many of my friends having vodafone postpaid connection markettig message doesnot play before caller tune

I want to remove that message which is "please press * & 9 to copy this caller tune" play before caller tune began.

Kindly help me in this case else i need to deactivate it & use MNP to change service provider.
