[Resolved] Vodafone — Rude behave with customer | |||
hope you can help From the few days i am not able to make a call to the vodafone customer care from 198 . Where as i have issue regarding of internet so many time i tryed 198 but still unable to connect with customer care finnaly before 3 days i dailed 1909 its a vodafone DND helpline number the agent who received my call he was unable to understand my querry after 2 days again when i dailled 1909 he was same agent and he was so rude on the call and also denied to transfer my call to his supervisor.why vodafone having this type of agent who does't care of customer ?
