[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong charge of vodafone talk 0 plan

Dear sir/madam
I have subscribe talk 0 plan and using usb stick monthly rent of this plan was rs 399/- per month for net but since oct 2011 company automatically started charging rs. 499 rupees i have registered complain vodafone mini store jail road gurdaspur punjab. they deny to give me complain no. and assured me for the rectification and refund of excess money, but recent bill of nov showing same wrong amount of bill dues please help me.
