this is a complain for the whole community. we live in shivpuri "muhalla" in Patna,Bihar.No one told us that they werw puting up a phone towewr in our locality. The tower is very harmful to our health. The importent thing is "GENERATOR'S NOICE". It is continuesly running from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and again from 6p.m. to 11 p.m."ISKI AAWAJ SE HAMARA YAHA RAHANA DUBHAR HO GAYA HAI.YADI AAPLOGO NE TOWEWR KO NAHI HATAYA TO HAME LEGEL ACTION LENA PADEGA, " We can not live our only sweet home.
