[Resolved]  Vodafone — Unnecessary balance deducted and not listening complaint

I recharged my phone with Rs 95 for internet but even after I got confirmation msg Rs 16 deducted for using internet. when i called customer care they hang up twice and third put my call on hold for more than 10 min and then again hanged up.
