Vodafone — UNUSUAL DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

SIR,
I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].I AM ACTIVATED A PACK OF 199/- IN WHICH V TO V CALLING FREE FROM 12AM TO 6 PM BUT MY BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED SO MANY TIMES.AND I HAD ONE ANOTHER VODAFONE CONNECTION NO [protected] BUT ON 11/02/13 MY BALANCE WAS BETWEEN 75-80 RS/- BUT ON 12TH OF FEB MY BALANCE WAS RS 8/-. I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE SO MANY TIMES AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE ON MY BOTH NOS. AND THEY REPLIED ME THAT DEDUCTED BALANCE CANT BE REFUNDED. SO SIR PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
