Complaint against Vodafone
On 06 APr 2012 the customer care at Hyderbad called my daughter around 12 Noon and asked the views on change of plan. But the same call is registered in vodafone systems as my daughter called the Vodafone and asked to disocnnect the Rs 199 plan. The attached bill is showing the usage of 677 mb and the billing is done accordingly. When the plan is taken that is Post paid Rs 199 plan with 3 GB Free internet Plan. The cheating of discontinuing the plan and excess billing be digitally reviewed and the actual culprit must be punished.
Request Vodafone's deactivation No 1357770762 be thoroughly investigated.
