Vodafone — bill raised in wrong name | |||
I have taking a new post paid conection from vodafone store at vadodara. for this i have provide all supporting document in the name of Pradeep Kumar Gupta, 13/34 Gujarat Refinery township vaodara but at the time of first biiling of my connection i found that it is in the name of Sandeep Gupta. For this i have complanint on vodafone store and on vodafone care. they change my name for future corosspendense but they not issue my revise bill in the name of Pradeep Kumar Gupta. For this i have call on vodafone care and go to vodafone store serveral time but i am not getting response form there. please provide me assistance in issue revise bill in name of Pradeep Kumar Gupta.
