i had gone in security code thats why my sim card got rejected so i want a new sim card with same number so please provide me the details of it

Your company Represetive Offered corporate R50 plan sim card so,
I have taken two sim cards of your company but not a single get activated.
[protected] & [protected].After two month now your customer care centre executive is saying me to return those sim cards in your store & take New two sim card.And he is saying i have to give my all documents again.
I have already submitted my documents two times
salary slip, pan card, landline telephone bill, photo graph & company ID card.
kindly take some strict action against it,

hi, i am sorry, i blocked my pin code, then i give him puk number and new wrong pin code(another1234)
so then simcard rijected.now tell me, what i can do. you can sms me on [protected].
My no. is [protected], it's a Bangalore no.. my sim card had been locked and i tried to unlock it but it's now showing "simcard rejected" message. Can you help me out to get it working

This is dania here i was checking security code in my mobile by mistake i have pressed some number as a security code and i dont know puk number, so my sim card is rejected my number is [protected], what should i do for that please me help to activate my sin card .
my all incoming calls to the new vodafone sim card has been stoped. please verify the problem occured as early as possible. My Number is - [protected].
