My name is santosh tiwari.I live in chembur(mumbai.400071).I purches vodafone prepaid usb no.[protected](internet)in RS.1699 in 02/04/20011.but this usb is not doing any work on computer .Vodafone's four tecnision are come my home in four time But this usb is nott doing work. At branch manager give me in cheq .RS.1500 date27.06.2011& I told another my RS.199 is when give me .Branchmanager kulsum told me this is our service charge . But I said give me in writing or show where written terms&condition .But they don't have for prepaid conections term in written.i want 199 refund.thanks
