Vodafone — Vodafone-The degraded service | |||
Iam a post paid vodafone customer for last 6 years, Unfortunatly I came to see the true colurs of Vodafone service from Jan 14th 2013. My number is [protected]. I never had a late biill payment in all 6 years and I feel sorry for myself for using this service for laast 6 years.. My connection was barred on 15th Jan due to reducing the credit limit from 3500 to 600 RS. I have called the customer care on 111 and informed them to increase the credit limit so that my connection will get active. They asked me to pay the bill which was 582 RS with due date of 26th Jan. I also paid that amount on 16th Jan itself before the bill date. It took me 3 and half days to restore my connection. I was at my native for Pongal Vacation and I had to join my office meetings, but due to 3 and half days delay I was not able to join office meetings as I promissed while applying for leave. Now my connectivity to reach customer care personal on 111 and 198 was removed and I am still not able to bellive that corporate gaints like Vodafone will behave in this way to harras the customers. Currently I want to port away from vodafone but am not able to connect to customer care to know more details to complete the porting succesfully. I mailed Nodal Officer. MR Anirudh from Hyd and he replied me in the promised 48 hours time but not in a convinsing manner. He just mailed me to contact 111 and 198 for any further help. I rechecked my email with my friend and it was written in English itself. Now as a last hope I escallated to MR Rahul who is the next level of escalation. Points to note: What was my connection to customer service voice support discontinued? am I not a vodafone customer? am I not paying you the bill? Did I behave wrongly with any personal? When my outgoing calls were barred from 16th to 20th Jan. I called 111, 198, escalated support and even their Nodal officer..Some of them promissed me resolution in 4 and 8 hours and some promissed me a call back but no promise was kept. Even the Nodal Officer promissed me a Call back but never came back. This is the quality of service provided by Vodafone Last 4 days am mailing all Vodafone escalation mail ID: vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, andhrapradesh.[protected]@vodafone.com and andhrapradesh.[protected]@vodafone.com but no one even cares to repond why my calls to 111 and 198 are disconnected to reach customer service executives If a user is unable to make outgoing calls which is the primary part of mobile service does it take 3 and half days to resolve the issue?
