[Resolved] Vodafone — regarding resubmission of documents | |||
My outgoing service has been withdrawn by fodofone and ask me to resubmit documents again. I Had contacted customer care to help me. They suggested me to submit self attested Identity proof, Residence proof, xerox copy of SIM and a two photograph. I went to near vodafone store to submit. There madam told me that we will not accept . Why becoz your residence proof is not affixed with photo.On the other hand Customer care told me that as my identity proof already contain Photo, no need of affixing photo again in residence proof. Vodafone store staff told me that they( mean customer care people) do not know about this so you have to submit as per our advice. So, is it really necessery to submit residence proof with affixed photograph as my Identity proof issued by IIT Kharagpur. Was this information helpful? | |||
