wrong billing
we are using the no. 9873707888 for the last 63 months without any complaints and now company has provided us with a bill amount of 4260 on the usage of vodafone live which we have not used.Also company has sent us a notice from high court regarding the same. Please, look into the matter at the earliest. my alternate phone no. is 9899627888 thank you in anticipation

I was promised a plan without the monthly rent and clip charges but were surprised to see that both had been levied in the bill.
I gave a written complaint but no reply/action was taken.
Also i have not received answer to my mails.
When i took up the issue with customer care they told me that the person who had sold me the plan was a DSA (outside agency) and they were not responsible for any fabrication by him.
I have advised them that i took the said plan from a vodafone outlet at a metro station but have been advised to pay the full amount.
I am extremely aggrived at the callous attitude.

I had made a payment of 1000 in october in two installmensts, in two installments of 500 each on the same day.One payment was recorded and tghe other which was made an hour later was not. So i submitted the receipt number and faxed it to them for which i obviously din't get any reply.
the service centre assured me later that the matter will be looked into and the bill will be updated, but it was not, and im still paying the late payment cahrges on that as well as im yet 2 recieve that 5oo reversal back.Also they charge me very month with voadfone live services.After being fed up I asked the Customer help represntative to get it deactivated himself, he did it by himself and showed me and asked me 2 be rest assured.ven today i m paying for dat deactivated services too.And the reversals they promise is never given. they promised me a reversal of 1000 of which i got 300 sactioned, which im still awaiting from the last two months.im fixed...customers reading pllzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz don't be fooled by them.Lets stand up against them.Plese help me in any way you could.

I am using a postpaid connection and my billing plan is Rs 250 monthly and as per the plan details I get 500 local mobile to mobile calls and after thAT I am charged at 30 paise per minute but from last two months I am wrongly charged for all my callls at 60 paise per minute instead of 30 paise. Is there any law by which these private companies can be checked for their will????
Can Indian penal law help me to solve this problem by which these companies are making profit by cheating the Indain folk.

i have change my plan 2-+3 month ago from talk 249 Megaplan to lifetime validity plan. because on that time i request your costumer care that i am going outside from india & may be i will come after 2-3 month. they tell me that my plan was changed. but till now my plan was no change and i am suffering from your bill without taking your services. i promise that i will pay my real outstanding. but i shell not pay your fale bill which i am not use sience two month.

hi i am navdeep. i bought a postpaid number from vodafone store in CP .vodafone no 9999437374
aim card was not activated but was promised to b e activated . no activation was done and i am recieving bills .the number they are saying is working how can be this i have complained by phone and now i am recieving again a bill.they are not listening to me .and telling me to pay money / bill

Hi I am using Vodafone postpaid connection in pune... I never saw this type of ridicules service from any other service provider... These people don’t send bill email/mail in time and charges late fee, if we try to call HAPPY TO HELP (111) they say... PLEASE GO TO VODAFONE STORE... What is the use of costumer care?

VODAFONE IS PROVIDING WORST SERVICE. I HAVE WRITTEN N NO MAILS TO THE NODAL OFFICER BUT EVERYTIME I RECEIVED A VAGUE RESPONSE.
I WISH TO FILE A CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR SUCH A TREATMENT.
Ma’am the number (9654193032) got activated on 28/10/2009 after several reminder calls were given to your team.
Please be apprised that as per the appended mail, the docs were submitted on 22nd October 2009 and as per the confirmation received from your team i.e. National Account Manager (Mr. Oberoi) & your DSA (Mr. Bhupesh) that the numbers will be activated within 24-48 working hours. As per the calendar it took more than 4 days.
Kindly note that I visited to your Vodafone store (Rajouri Garden) on 31st October 2009 and I made this thing very clear to Miss Megha (Vodafone Executive) that due to delay from Vodafone in activating the number, I won’t pay any extra charge for the calls made to number 9654193032 from the number 9654193031 as they come under corporate plan.

hi! i want to know my bill for november 2009.

I am in receipt of the above bill and shocked to note the charges of Rs. 2115.09.
While going through the usage charges it was further shocking to note that there is a charge of Rs. 90.10 for Vodafone Live and Downloads of Rs.1690.00 which was not at all used by me. The phone is with advance rental and used only for making emergency calls when my other number 9830952625 is either busy or not working for any reason. Most of the calls are made only from 9830952625 only and monthly average bill of 9830879382 is Rs. 150 to Rs. 200 only. At any point of time I have never requested nor applied for internet facilities on my phone for which the charges have been made in my bill.
In view of the above fact it is requested to revise the bill accordingly and send a revised bill immediately so that the payment can be made on due date i.e. 02.06.2009.
Kindly acknowledge and confirm per return.

My MOBILE NO.:9899589379 is a postpaid connection was under the scheme of rs.700 for 3 years.They themselves changed the scheme and sent a confirmation message that they have changed the scheme for 325 per month.on being talked to the customer care,the same night the customer care ignored the request of changing it back to the original scheme.. on several request,even to the vodafone shops at lajpat nagar-2,new delhi, no further steps have been taken by the vodafone company..they kept increasing the bill,first stooed the outgoing and now incoming too..still on request they are not ready to listen us..its my heartly request to take action against the company.

HI I AM NITIN SHARMA.USING VODAFONE POSTPAID CONNECTION No.(09999911321) FROM LAST MORE THAN 3 YEARS.1ST I AM NOT RECIEVING THE MY BILLING STATEMENT FROM LAST 6 MONTHS 2nd MY USAGE OF LAST MONTH WAS NOT MORE THAN Rs.2000 BUT WHEN I RECIEVE THE CALL FROM CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID YOUR THIS MONTH BILL IS Rs.4587 AND I HAVE TO PAY THIS AMOUNT TILL 24th NOV'2010.SO PLEASE RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ELSE I'LL TAKE ANY LEAGAL ACTIONC AGAINST VODAFODE. I have talked to Mr. Rahul and he is unable to connect to Rupali Dhumal. He explained that after safe custody by default my GPRS Activated and charged rs.11.90. I have already deactivated GPRS before safe custody and if by default my GPRS activated I am not responsible for charges of Rs.11.90, which please note.

This is regarding the wrong bill amount which I received for my post paid no;9833787169 for my handset which is 5800 music express.The maximum bill which I had received including the internet charges usage is Rs 700/-The amount which I received for this month is Rs 2517/ out of which more than 1800 Rs is just for the internet charge and I completely disagree to this bill as I have not used the internet to that extent thst m receiving so much bill, and will not do the payment.If I am going to receive so much bill then I would be forced to disconnect the number. wrong billing was given to me by vodafone..however as i had activated billing details i came to know that i was being charged for internet facilities which i never had in at he first place.. i informed the same at voafone center [andheri west] and was assured that it will be taken care off..a complaint number was also provided .. was called and told that it was a mistake hence they told me to pay on 1500 /- [from a total of rs3000 ..] after i had cleared this payment.. still my phone is not working .. instead my postpaid num is converted to prepaid even after assuring me.. the calls are still coming asking for the remaining payment... help please

wrong billing was done by Vodafone live of my cell no 9920086242 ,my vodafone live was activated on 13 feb and from dat day to till date when i deactivated , i have not at all surfed the web properly , it got connected only thrice where i just check my mail for a min. i have spoke to dozens of vodafone representative over a call , they informed me that there was a problem with vodafone live and it will take some time to streamline .
i remember the last reference no : 171007552, wher i have requested for vodafone mobile connect also . then at the end of month they have raised a bill of around RS 800/- bill for vodafone live apart from my regular bill amount , which is totally wrong on me , thou i have made a payment of the same . but i request them to look into the matter ,
pls see i have been to ur mobile care center for my issue , they told they are helpless since i m into corporate plan , can you pls look into the matter , now evertime i make call i get 2min msg that your bill is due . which is really irratating specially on duty work , ur vodacare representive told he will deactivate that msg within half an hour , but nothing happend ,
, i have spoken to 7 of vodafone representative . i wonder how they work .
- when i haven't used a single MB of data usuage , it can be check thru my cell (vodafone representative checked that) data usuage . and told me there is certainly some problem but when contacted to nodal officer they revert mail with their standard reply that billing is indeed correct , and in next month they have crossed the limit in the month of 8 days till when i have not deactivated VL they generated bill of Rs 1500 /- , showing that i have used daily of rs 200/- internet or so . in the pervious month when they have charged Rs 800/- the Vodafone lady called up and said that my cell must be in auto connectivey mode which may have caused rs 800/- bill . my bill show that i have used 10 paise for each transactions and it sums up to 800/- . this much was acceptable and next month they have asked for 1500/- which is total injustice ....i have tried to be in touch with nodal officer for long time they kept me hanging till more than hour , they just reply thru that every thing is indeed right from their side .

I was having 2 vodafone # viz 9920354410 and 9820066174 on which there has been wrong billing for an ISD to Latvia and the number on which it states i have called doesn't even exist i am in constant follow up with them from 9 jan 2011 for the same but they claim that it has been done by me as it is reflecting in my bill, which means that they can put any no and charge you.
the call charges where 100 rs per min, i was shock. after this when i visited the vodafone galary to complain about it, the customer service officer gave a veered smile as if i was a thief. till today the follow up is going on but nothing is happening.
