[Resolved]  Voltas Ac — Customer service sucks

I have bought Vertis elite 1 ton split AC from "R.A electronics, panch bati bharuch". Within a months time, i have a water dripping problem from the pipe. On complaining to R.A electronics, he did not respond for 8 days and on calling again, he said conveyance charges(Rs 150/-) has to be paid and even after this he does not guarentee immediate service. Does voltas have such bad dealers who piss off their customers?

Tata Voltas Vertis Emerald — new ac without gas

i m praveen kumar,h/no:50/46 jai narain road hussainganj,lucknow..i have complaint many time PRAYAS. IN LUCKNOW .....but i haven,t get any solution till yet..............they wera saying that they don,t have staff......or the person who work in your area hasn,t came.............these foolest reason............pleas take some step to solve my solution...................i don,t want to take any legal step against you........but i think your poor dealership n you want some lagal action...............

VOLTAS — New AC gone faulty within 20 days.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a 1.5 ton window AC from Croma center, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on date 5 th may. This unit was installed on 8th May at my home.
On date 26th May this AC stopped to work. I immediate logged a complaint to Croma center regarding this.
This unit is only 20 days old so I requested him to replace this whole unit but neither they nor Voltas are not responding.
In this summer season I am facing a lot of mentally and physically harassment.
Kindly look in to.
Hello, we had bought a 1.5 ton (vertis plus) voltas AC from Choice Electronics, Laxminagar New Delhi last year on 28/03/2010

I regret to say that worst service provided by the Voltas& bad perfformance of voltas product.

I advice you do'nt buy any product from Voltas.

My complaint no.is 11MY3100150 dated 30/05/2011. after the several call there is not any response. My AC's compressor is not working.

I had already address this complaint to the dealer Choice Electronics, but not get any satisfactory answer from them, they are not liable for service, they are suppose works like as a collection agent.


This is the reality of the voltas product & after sale service.

I also purchased A/C Spilt from M/S RK VISION lodhi Road New Delhi, the spilt has leaked the Gas. I have been in touch with the Dealer, the Frenchisee, and continuously with the customer care unit of Voltas ltd. Even I had discussion with the sr. person in Hyderabad, my comlpaint no. is 11JU0204609 in New Delhi Till date no one has attended the complaint. I purchased VOLTAS 1.5 A/C spilt From R.K Vision Lodhi colony New Delhi, the cooling was low, slowly the Gas from the compressor leaked. Till date after 8 days of rigerous complaint, there is no hearing from anyone to rectify it. Only mental tension, mental Agoni & pressure from family members have created tension. Voltas Vertis Premium 1.5 Split — no cooling effect

Voltas Vertis Premium Split purchased at RATHNA COOLS PRIVATE LIMITED on[protected] vide inv.no:3454 same installed on 29-4-11 by your franchise southern comfort which failed(no cooling) and complaint lodged on 13-4-11refer complaint no:11MY1200934.Same was attended as detailed below,

[protected] by SOUTHERN COMFORT-complaints faulty installation which had led to electrical short circuit.

Filling of gas was not allowed by us as we have already insisted in our earlier complaint for replacing the faulty unit which has under gone too many failures within a span of 30 days from the day of installation. I wish to bring to your kind notice regarding the critical spate of your product and your so called 24x7 service which is the worst I have come across among all the leading consumer durables available in India.If this prevailing condition continues your century old name(TATA)will be nowhere because of this new product(VOLTAS).
You have pushed us to deep agony by your negligence and reckless attitude shown to your consumer.So I kindly request to take wise decision and change the unit without furthur delay.

I purchase this a.c during the yesr we have no maintaince & service providing for me. I complain the shop for the service the a.c we have not responding and guide line for the service. I have bought voltas vertis elite 1.5 ton ac on 19/5/2011, and within 5 days gas leaked completly.I have complained several time to customer care but they took no action.Now it has been 12 days no one is listening to me, very bad service they are providing.Very bad experience with voltas ac ...I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy tata voltas ac.Bahut hi ghatiya ac hai ...aur inki service bhi...If anyone want to be happy in their life avoide purchasing tata ghatiya ac...bcause after purchasing u will not get any service ...from it.

Voltas Ltd, - Vertis Platina AC 1.5 Ton — Stabiliser not being replaced under warranty

I bought one AC in March, 2010. During May, 2011 I found that the stabiliser was giving off a noice tick tick. On query from electrician, i was given to understand that the relay was not working properly so the output was much less than the normal requirement. My stabiliser is still under warranty period. I lodged the complaint no. 11MY2903560 dt. 13/5/2011 which was attended on 19th May, 2011. The mechanic told that the stabiliser needs to be replaced and he promised that the delivery for the replacement will be in the next 2-3 days. But till date, I have been calling them to replace but they are saying that the stock is not there. I fail to understand why they do not have the stock when the sale of AC is very much there in the market. I have not used this AC during this season and for what reason, I should be guilty for non-availability of the stabiliser.

please help me out. Please let me know what I need to do. should I go the consumer court.

Stabilizer — NO LINK AVAILABLE ANYWHERE

i have purchase a stablizer from UP Electrical Mughalsarai of sen and pandit, but its not working and i asked the shopkeeper for service he told he wont do anything. i tried in net for coplaint of the product in its copmany but no such site exist. olease help me in it
I regret to inform that I have purchased VOLTAS VERTIS GOLD SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER 1.5 Ton from KAY CEE AUTOMOBILES 72/60, L.B.SHASTRI MARG, ALLAHABAD on 02/11/2007. But installation of A/C was done so poorly that it is giving regular problem. Nobody wants to listen about it. No action has been taken for WARRANTY AND SERVICE, Filling Machine Installation Coupon, No free service rendered, Guarantee registration card not filled which speaks very poor about M/s VOLTAS. Since the A/C once again failed for which now technician of M/s VOLTAS attended and saying that 50 microFarad 450VAC capacitor is defective which appear to be of inferior quality chinese make Wuxi Hongguang Capacitor co., LTD with technical details as CBB65(RoHS) 50uF_+5% 450VAC C 40/70/21 50/60Hz CQC [protected] SH P1 Protected 10, 000AFC E235355 EN60252-1PB oil. Price of similar to this specification capacitor(BEST QUALITY HAVELL make having technical specification 50ufd +-5% 440VAC 50Hz IS:2993 -40/85/21 MPP SH[protected] ACJ09) is `175/= whereas technician of M/s VOLTAS is asking `650/= that too for a inferior chinese brand without listening about technicality of problem which in simple term is nothing but CHEATING. M/s VOLTAS has to take corrective action to maintain reputation of VOLTAS. the post sales service of voltas is bad, worst indeed like any other products... till they sell their products they talk with honey in their mouth., after selling the product they spit venom on customers... voltas(TATA PRODUCTS?...) does the same.

Voltas AC (Tata) — Fake & unfaithful company

I had the worst experience with Voltas AC company - I am writing this so that you and others are not trapped by them.
I bought the AC last year (May end). First of all just after One year 10 days - the AC started creating problems. It was not doing any cooling. I called the customer care, they said, our technician will call you in 24 hours. When I didnt recieve any call in 24 hours I called the customer care again, then the CC Rep told me that 24 Business hours that mean 3 days. WTF.
Ok - finally a guy came at my place and said - there is some problem with Compressor. Ok. Accepted.
And left without telling me what is next.
After two days he came back again and took my outdoor unit with him to replace the compressor. Ok. Accepted because I had no option.
Till today - I have no clue what is going on.
No one contacted me/ when I talk to CC - they said, it will be delivered today or tomorrow. I asked them to esclate the issue to upper management, the Poor CC Rep guy put me on call with the technician who is working on my AC.
Complaint has been resolved as confirmed from the customer.

I have continuously water dropping problem since beginning in my 1 ton split AC. Many service engineers visited at my house from Voltas service center to solve the fault, but no progress to solved the water dropping problem. The water tray also changed of the split AC by the company then also no progress. I have make many complaint to voltas by the mobile phones and emails (complaints no. 11MY 2203300 Cid no. C2 158368 and last complaint no.11 JU 1307165 Cid no. C2 158368 and last visit on 15th june 2011) . After last visit of the Voltas service engineer, the company not giving any response to solve the water dropping problem of my AC. This is my bed experience from the Voltas side. I want permanent solution from the company not visit of the engineers again to again.

I have already pay the installation charges on delar I call to Customer Care they says that the technician attain compliant on tomorrow, But tomorrow never came. Who is responsible for that. Please resolve the Issue.
