[Resolved] Voltas — DEFECTIVE AIR CONDITIONER | |||
I wish to draw your kind attaention toward my problem I have bought the new AC -voltas vertis 1.5 ton on[protected] Form your dealer Gupta Electronics ,with in a month it became like useless , it does not cool the room . I launch the compalint in Customer Care not have been visited timely after second complain the visited & verifieed the complaint they found the case of Gas Leakage. after fouth day they fill the gas in AC in just two hour it became like as before (like a dump air conditioner). AC is not cooling at all .I have sent mail on same day today they filled the gas in AC now it is not working or not cooling ,in this summer if we dont't avail the facility of your product so how we trust your brand name. If I would know that How Voltas products are and How the Customer Care treat the Customer i would not select voltas for my home. Dear Sir we want to replace this product to company and company should provide the another brand new air conditioner Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased a Voltas window ac 123LYE on 29/05/15 from Croma at juhu .after installing, within a month it stopped working. On registering a complaint (complaint no [protected]) technician Arshad came for inspection and confirmed that the motor is faulty.After asking Voltas for a replacement of ac, senior technician Subhash was sent to inspect who also confirmed that ac needs replacement. Spoke to senior technician Arvind who confirmed on receiving the complaint and informed us that a request for replacement has been processed.spoke to Ms Priya (senior manager) who confirmed on already processing the request for replacement which would be done within 7-8 working days after which again 2 technicians were sent to inspect the ac.inspite of having in writing that the motor is faulty, they informed us that fan is faulty and ac will work after repairing the fan.they also said that senior technician Subhash and Arshad did not know their job.Ms Priya turned back on her assurance and told us that they will not replace the ac and will only repair it. After replacing the fan and frantically trying for an hour, the so called senior technicians also concluded that the ac is beyond repair as there is a major fault and will need replacement. however, there is no revert from voltas after that day.no one has bothered to follow up our complaint.ms priya hasnt bothered to get back with a solution.pathetic and poor service from voltas.cheating middle class people of their hard earned money.will take up the case to consumer court for fraud if no replacement.

However, there is no revert from voltas regarding replacement inspite of several reminders.very poor service inspite of paying 23000 for the ac.
Will take the complaint to consumer court for cheating middle class customers of their hard earned money .
