Voltas — AC COMPRESSOR

Dear Sir,

Following complaints were lodged on 28/09/11 at the Voltas toll free No.[protected] & call log ticket numbers were provided by the call centre. They assured that withing 24 working hours the call would be attended. Before that at the 1st week of Sep'11, we have lodged the said complaint over phone to the Voltas local office here at Guwahat. From than, Voltas officials/customer care staffs, on following up the matter almost on daily basis reassured us that "next day" the call would be attended. But to our utter surprise, till date they have not exchanged the AC compressor. We are extremely dissatisfied the way they (Voltas) is responding to our distress calls.

Because of non-functioning of ACs, our ATM machines are malfunctioning & thereby agonizing the users of the ATM services. We therefore, request the honourable forum to raise the complaint at the appropriate level for a quick disposal of the issues.
