Sub:Harrassment and Torture in Repairing/Replacement of New Voltas Vertis Gold i Split A/C serial No.F004161
I have purchased VOLTAS VERTIS GOLD i Split 5 STAR A/C Sr. NO. F004164 From
M/s.PUSHKAR ELECTRONICS,NIT FARIDABAD On dated : 27.04.2011 Bill No.234.
Since 02.05.2011 This A/C iS not funtioning.Complaint regarding it
was made on Voltas Customer Care No. 11MY0204397 followed by Complaint No.
After lots of efforts made by me, till date so many service engineers
from Authorised service centre of Voltas visited for the REPAIR/POST MORTEM
of this A/C 6-7 Times without giving any Service Report but couldn't get
the A/C Repaired.
During this,they have changed/Repaired/Opened PCB/Transformer,Indoor Unit,Out
door Unit,so many times.
Always they have assured that the A/C will get repaired very soon.

New (TOP MODEL) A/C only 19 Days old which is not funtioning since
last 16 Days during these hot summer days,and all request to get the A/C
REPAIRED/REPLACE are in vain shows the case of HARASSMENT and TORTURING
The INNOCENT CUSTOMER.
Now it also bound me to initiate for the LEGAL ACTION.
This is for information and necessary action at the earliest please.
