Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had purchased two split AC from Asansol , West Bengal. The Dealer Name is Lila Sales, Bill No.554 dated 31st March, 2012 (Cell No.9531592828)
The specification of the AC as follows -

From the very beginning water is being leaked from the vent of both the ACs. The mechanic came but the problem remain same. The mechanic (Neraj) who was sent by the Lila Sales also told me that there is an manufacturing defect & both the machine need to be replaced.

The dealer stopped receiving my calls & Voltas toll free service provider telling me each time that the serviceman will come "Tomorrow" but that "Tomorrow" has not yet come.
