[Resolved]  Voltas Split AC — FLAP NOT REPLACED

My Call No:08AP241449Custmer ID: C0443474Nmae: E.SURYAPRAKASAM, 25/3, New Solaiappan St., Chennai -600 021. I have purcahsed one of the VOLTAS SPLIT AC in M/s Ramakrishna & sons, TH Road, Chennai - 21 in the monthe of April ' 08. While commissioning itself that one of the opening /closing FLAP was broken. Your Service cum Installation person M/s Prakash Refgiration came after three months and took the defective one and promissed to replace immediately. But till to day it has not happened. Whenver I contacted Mr.Augustine of Prakash Refgiration and he told that spares not available in VOLTAS. When I made personal complaint to one of your officer Mr.Mahesh / Mr.Sathish and they told cooly that I have purchased old model and sapares availability is difficult. I never expected such behaviour from a concern of VOLTAS. I have all proof and evidences tio file a suit against VOLTAS/ RAMAKRISHNA &SONS, PRAKASH REFGIRATION in this regard. Now I am writting this mail to you that I will atleast get some justification and do the needful to me. If I am not getting any feed back from this day in another 10 days time I will defenietly file a suit in the CONSUMER COURT.
