[Resolved] Voltas Split AC — Cooling problem in Voltas Split AC | |||
I had purchase a Voltas split AC 5 star 1.5 ton dated 2/2/2013. I am facing cooling problem with this AC. AC is not able to cool the room below 27 degree in day or night duration. i had also communicated with the customer care guys and they had locked a complaint (13my0504480) on date 4/5/2013. customer care guys told me that you will receive a technical executives call shortly. But till date i had not received any call from technical support and none of the guys come to my home to see the AC problem. daily i am calling customer care and no solution. Please help me. Not Received any call till date...
DON'T BUY ANY ELECTRONIC PRODUCT FROM SIDDHI ENGINEERS, SATELLITE & PALDI BRANCH, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT. HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY PROPER SALES TEAM AND SERVICE TEAM FOR GIVING SATISFACTION TO THE CUSTOMER. I HAD PURCHASE VOLTAS SPLIT AC 1.5 ton LAST YEAR FROM SIDDHI ENGINEERS, SATELLITE, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT. But within one year this dealer is not responding well for sales and servicing during my entire interaction with this dealer. Siddhi Engg give me AC delivery after 20 days, then after installation will be done after 15 days with so many reminders with the office. They had not keep any record and till completion of one year they had not given AC service but at the time of purchase they had told me four free service. Whenever I had called him for complaining they will not giving good response and they had not send any technician before 10-15 days. But they are asking various questions and arguments for the complains. They had very rude reply each time and only 1-2 technician they had with them and also I think they had not permanent with them. Please don't buy any thing from this dealer at satellite or paldi branch in Ahmedabad.
