[Resolved]  Voltas — Voltas GOLD 1.5 ton 3 star AC water leak

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am christudas.J, I had brought Voltas GOLD 1.5 ton 3 start A/C from Vasanth &Co Chennai on 17th March 2012. It was installed on 18th March 2012.
I referred three of my friends and they also bought Voltas A/C from Vasanth&Co.
After two days I found the A/C had water leak in the indoor unit. I had register compliant in Voltas customer care on 12April, the case ID is 12ap1207875.
One Engineer came for service and did service and said the problem is fixed.
After this service the A/C cooling capacity reduces entirely and then I informed customer care. They send another engineer, he verified and said Gas level indicating high and reduced the gas level.
Next few days again water started to leak I called customer care and told them the problem and asked for a permanent fix.
After 7 days (I waited for 7days for service this time) an engineer came (on 15 may 2012) to my house and services and said the water leak problem fixed permanently. In the service sheet I mentioned, I need to observer two more days untill getting confirmation from me please don’t close the case.
Again after two days I got water leak from my A/c and I called customer care and asked to reopen the ticket, they replayed the ticket already close we can’t reopen I was shocked.
Then I explain the above to them, they open another ticket with ticket no:
12MAY2004595. But until yesterday (22 may 2012) no one came for service and I called again to custom care and asked to escalate it to manager level, then they transfer the call to one of the sr.executive his name Mr. Ramakrishnan, he promise me he will sent one of the sr.Engineer from direct Voltas and fix the problem else replace the unit. Until now no Sr engineer came from direct Voltas.

I called Breexy air con (Voltas service partner) they said they will take the unit to their office and do service.


This is a new A/c with in one month of period stated to facing this water leak problem and more than one month your engineers unable to solve the problem. They engineer asked to took the unix back to office for the service then I suspect unit has the problem.
So please replace an another unit for this and take back my current unit. I don’t want service this unit and facing problems in future.
Please understand my problem and frustration, Now the peak summer I am facing lot of problem.If I continue to keep this unit in the coming years I will again face the same problem. So please immediately replace my A/c indoor unit.

Voltas/ Air Conditioner — water leakage, not replacing

i have purchase voltas vertis premium split type air conditioner on 16 march 2010, there is water leakage problem which started on one month later on ,i log complain at [protected], 5-6 times, they came & saw, there is a leakage, On[protected] ,they told , we will replace the inner AC, But till today, no replacement , we have facing the problem,from almost last 2 month , Now when we are calling them, they are not replying also properly, & telling we have booked your complain, we wil replace, but till now nothing
