Pathetic Customer Service Experience
Cooling problem with my newly purchased Voltas window AC
I have been facing cooling issue with my newly purchased voltas window 1.5 Ac. Details of the the complaints logged in so far:
1> 12JU1803398 logged on 18th June 2012 : The mentioned complaint has been closed stating the there was no response from the customer, irony here is that a engineer with contact no 8744079051, did speak to me & visit my place for the rectification on 20th June afternoon. Upon being informed that there is no electricity & being requested by my parents to revisit after a he misbehaved used loose words with them. He also misbhaved with me over the phone & the problem was never rectified.
I am unable to understand that how can a engineer be so rude & use harsh words with customers & despite all this call gets closed on the grounds that there is no response from the customer.
2> 12JU2307097 logged on 23rd June 2012 : Its been 5 days now and the mentioned complaint has not been attended so far despite the fact that I am repeatedly following up with your call center about the complaint. Last night I have a call with TL - Tiruptati & briefed him about the problem & requested him to get this attended by today without fail, has not resulted so far as no one has either tried contacting or reaching my place.
I am really surprised to see the kind of services you guys extend to the customers & the quality your engineers maintain when reaching out to the customers. The complaint stands unattended so far....
