[Resolved]  Voltas Wine Cooler — not working

bought a voltas wine cooler from bandra croma. its not cooling properly from day 1. tired to calling their customer service people who have visited thrice after many calls and 3 weeks, replaced 2 parts but the cooler is still not cooling properly.

now they tell me to fill out another complaint form which they will send to the company for follow up and the company will decide what to do.

i want my money back or a replacement piece immediately and compensation for the trauma caused by all this. all my wines too may have been spoilt because of this.
