no voter id issued

R/ SIR,

I RANVIR SINGH S/O SHRI HARI SINGH resident of village Shadipur Husainpur, in Distt, Bijnor. ( Uttar Pradesh)Though my name & photo is appear in voter list but till date i could not get my voter id card . There is an election on 13/05/2009 for my parliamentry seat.
