[Resolved]  Voter Id Card — SEVERAL ERRORS IN CARD

Elector's Name is spelled incorrectly
My father's name is reflected as "husband's name"

Also, my card was issued last 2003 but I was unable to use it in any election as my voter number never reflected on the rolls.

Voter registration people have come to visit our residence many times and every time we ask them for help, they never do anything.
