My Voter slip has my father'sname incorrectly mentioned although I had given it accurately REf:HR/06/52/0400125

MY NAME IS KUMAR VELLAIYAN ARUNTHATHIYAR AS PER RATION CARD BUT WRONGLY WRITTEN ON ID CARD KUMAR ANJALI ARUNDHATHIYAR WHICH IS REQUIRED EARLY AMMENDED.

my name is sai vasudha. we are reciting at ac guards with h.no:6-2-966/9 khairathabad. our family had applied for id cards on last December 2011 after going through online search i found that all of our family members names was shown incorrect where can i go for correction of our names.

So now i need to know what is the procedure to rectify this problem. I need to apply a passport for me immediately. So please tell the procedure to change the name in the card.

my name is sheeras.babu, my faher is 74 years old.he is a patient in serious condition.he want me to give power.property is in kerala, land buying parties need my voter id with my father name as per kearala rules.in my voter id instead of my fathers name, mother name is there.i went to govt office many times.no use.how to change?very emergency.because of this reason i cannot proove my father, even in ration card they left my fathers name.
