[Resolved]  Voter Identity Card — incorrect entries in the identity card

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that, I Kallesh B.V. Vill-Bandre, Taluk-Tarikere, I have already submitted form for change of my father name in voter id card. But till today i am not recieved any reply from your end. So please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest this is very most urgent for me.

In my voter Id-card number-RAB0625178, my name is incorrect.Therefore its my humble request to get my name corrected as MEETU AHLUWALIA(as per my pan card).

My date of birth printed wrong, it should be 1986 but it printed as 1984. How to change it, i received recently my voter if card.

1. the spelling of my name was written wrongly as GITA DEVI BONDILI instead of my actual name GEETHA DEVI BONDILI as per tenth certificate, pan card and Ration card.
2. the spelling of my fathers name was written wrongly as SUBBUSING instead of my fathers actual name LATE SUBBU SINGH BONDILI as per tenth certificate and Ration card.
3. the photo highliting is very dull, so plz send printed clearly.
