[Resolved]  Voter Identity Card — no recent correction plan

sir,
myself chinmoy krushna mohapatra an inhabitant of soro. sir I've received my voter id card before the last assembly election.in that card my name and my father's name are mis spelled in English though it is correct in Oriya. but i need the correct written english name as a proof of identification for applying passport also in case of my date of birth it is written xx/xx/1988 where as all my documents show 21/11/1989. i have inquired about the correction plan in recent days but it seems there is no such plans in recent days. i need a urgent correction
