[Resolved]  Voters ID Card / Election Commission Of India — name not included in voters list

sir my voters id card number is XG10565945. I have received it newly a month ago . but my name is not icluded in the voters list of the local booth. they told to give a separate form with photo etc., if i got voters id card then my name should be in the voters list . if it so how my name is not included in the voters list? please take steps to include my name in the voters list.
