vox pedastial fan/ alpha radios - fan osilation

i brought a vox pedastial rechargable fan from tradus. my item id is 2250586.the courier is gati AWB is 122249207.when i fit the fan according to the instruction manuval its osilation is not working.no other problem at all.but still osilation is not working. so please give the neessary instructions me. with regards BIJU P K ,KOTTAYAM
