Vriti Infocom — VRITI INFOCOM PVT LTD, NOIDA / RELIANCE DATA CARD

Unfortunately I had bought a data card from Vriti Infocom and the experience has been pathetic.
I purchased it on 4th of march 10 ( Mayank from Vriti called us to tell about the scheme of Reliance data card) & the represenatative from Vriti told that the card will be activated within 18 hrs.But my card is not activated till date ( 12th March 10). I submitted all the documents asked by the representative.
After that I am calling on their Landline No. of pune, Delhi either they not responding to call or they are keeping on hold. Also I called on the mobile no of the Vriti Personal Pune named Amir ( Mob No:-[protected]) I sent a mail to reliance appliate authority & nodal authority officer too still i didnt get any reply from them. On tuesday I called vriti again then one of representive of vriti pune told me that my ID proof doesnt show my picture clearly so i have to submit the new one again. so he said his person will come & colllect the same, but no one turned up in last 3 days...
As they are not responding to call & no any other communication it is very frustrating.
I think no one should buy any product of Vriti Infocaom/Reliance

Would suggest not to deal with Vriti & Reliance. Very pathetic service experience.
