[Resolved]  Vriti Infocom — FRAUD....& BIG CHEATERS...VRITI INFOCOM

vriti infocom — Non refund of Payment

Requested for a USB broadband (High Speed 1X) modem. With no time, a person from the company jumped in and collected Rs. 200 and necessary documents.

For some reason they were unable to activate it. the machine is still with me.

It has been more than 6 months and the thieves have not returned my money.

This Vriti Infocom people are cheating innocent people as they have got the support from the Reliance ADAG group and I have experienced the same.

Since the same problem as you people have faced i too was the victim of the same problem of not getting activated, no free holiday package to goa along with breakfast and lunch.

For me there was one further step was taken the box provided to me was not sealed and was informed that we have open the seal to ensure your data card works properly.

Well the head set was missing from the box when i took the complain further to the reliance people they told they will be solving the same.

This assurance was given to me by the GUJARAT HEAD G1 Circle Mr. Jatin which is not solved since one month.

vriti infocom — Broadband device not activated

I had purchased a Virgin VFlash Wireless Broadband from Virgin Mobile recently on June 27. I made the online payment.

I was told the device will be activated within half an hour.


It has been more than two weeks but the device hasn't been activated. The local guy, Puneet, he ia fraud and is not responding to the calls. Another one Bhumitra Shandilya, Sr. executive , Vriti Customer support team. Mobile -[protected] is also a cheat. He has repeated told me that the device will be activated within one day, two day, one hour, 10 min, but nothing.

Further, they advertise that they will send a laptop bag and a free travel voucher. However, even that is false. They are JUST PLAIN CROOKS who are cheating honest citizens. BEAWRE OF THEM and NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

im kumar from mumbai.i got reliance wireless phone from vriti infocom, with goa holiday offer & free sim.after activation i came to kno tht d device they gave is a third class phone with no features,even phonebook facilities in it.i called d manager.he askd me the model number n said will call later.i tried d next day.he didnt pick my call.i mailed him tht i need another device n also d offer.no reply.later i came to kno tht many were cheated like this.the name & contact details of d fraud is

Data Card — Non fulfillment of commitment

Dear All,

I have received a call from Vriti Infocom regarding data offer of Two day free trip to Goa on purchase of data from them. Person Who called me named VISHAL VERMA Mob No.[protected]. I purchased data card from them after that after so many written request to send me offer as promised me and number less telephonic calls, I havent received any response from them in this matter.

It seems they just the cheaters nothing else.

vriti infocom — Non fulfillment of commitment

the vriti infocom has place an offer on the eve of 15 th august that on purchase of the reliance netconnection 2nights and 3days goa trip free. i apply for the same. the executive namely Vishal Verma approached me and delivered the modem and collected the amount and assured that the offer will directly come on mail id...
But after repeated written requests and telephonic calls no one giving response to me.

i agreed with this that vriti cheats inocent peoples by fraud advertisements.

hey buddy i agreed with ur comnplaint. you should lodge ur complaint at www.consumerdaddy.com and at www.core.nic.in
i am also a victim of same problem. I have lodged compalint against vriti in consumer forum under ministry of consumer affairs.

vriti infocom — Promised to get goa vouchers but still don't get even after 15 days of activation

I got a mail for reliance data card with a scheme of getting 3N/4D goa trip vouchers in 3 star hotel

They promised that i will get the vouchers in a week of activation

But still dint get any such vouchers and now they are not even responding porperly
