Reliance data card could not be activated
I had ordered online a reliance data card for internet an got delivered on 24 feb 2010. 26 feb 2010. even that person who clollected my doc his name is jadhav i had submitted 2 photos and ration card and passport copy he told that within 24 hours your card will be activ. but my problem is still unattended and i am not able to activate my data card. on repeated calling, still i have got no solution.

I had ordered online a reliance data card for internet an got delivered on 30 june 2009. I have provided necessary documents proof, but now they are saying that these documents are not sufficient and i need to provide additional documnets. While i have used same set of documents for taking data card earlier.
Now i want my deal to be canceled but they are not cancelling it and to add to that they are not picking my phone calls also.

SAME SITUATION WITH ME ALSO. The worst part is that they will call frequently, i[censored] have to take a new connection but once u have purchased then they will not responde your phone.

We are facing the same problem. We have paid for the reliance broadband plus high speed data card which has not been connected. Our calls are not answered. Reliance should not claim to be voted as the no.1 service brand.

I am abhishek gaurav and had made a transaction through vriti infocom for reliance broadband+ datacard. There has been two issues that i had with them and are stated below.

1. The payment of rs.3700 for reliance broadband+ card was deducted twice from my credit card; and even after many mails and follow ups nothing has been done on this. Now the sales guy is not even taking calls.

2. I had made the payment for the datacard on 26th june itself, and was told that the datacard will be delivered within 1 day, however it has been more than 15 days and i haven't received anything.

My form reference no was:1476623 and the details of the executive who got the transaction completed is as below, neither is he replying to my mails, nor am getting a reply from : reliance. [protected]@vriti.com

I am venkatesh from bangalore. Recently i purchased an airtel dth pack with vriti interactive. A person by name mr. Rizwan (The co-ordinator) who is working there gave all false information about the goa trip voucher. He told me that the voucher could not be used only during december and january.

But the shocker was, after going through the voucher's (he sent me the voucher only after 15 days) terms and condition, i understood that the goa voucher could be availed only for any 40 days period out of 365 days in a year and that too mostly during the monsoon. Who would travel to goa and sit inside the room watching the rains outside?

When calling / contacting mr. Rizwan, he always disconnects the call upon recognizing my voice. This is how these people work.

Vriti-interactive guys are giving all false and wrong information to get the orders. I felt cheated. My "bad experience" should be an eye-opener for others. Be careful!!!

This is regarding the false commitments and information provided over the phone. As we all know how tele-callers calls in to sell their product. I also received a call from vritiinfocom (Sector 63 noida) and after listening to the sales executive, i said that i would get in touch with you after making up my mind. But the sales executive threw an offer to me saying "sir, if you purchase from us today, i will give you first month's bill waived off. And i will give you rs. 850 plan under which you would get 3gb day usage and unlimited night usage."

So i made the payment and now when i got the confirmation call for the activation and i tried to confirm this information, they say there is no such plan or waiver given from our side.

Since then i have contacted their customer care so many times but no help has been given so far. I tried surrendering the data card but my initial cost for the data card (Rs. 3400) will not be refunded.

Please guide me in the right direction so that this issue gets solved. It has started giving me night mares.

Mene june me reliece date card kharida tha 2000rupee ka kharidte waqt mujhse kaha gaya tha k aapka plan 799 ka aour 2 months tak aapko koi bill nahi aayega uske bavjood mujhe bill aa gaya. Is connection ko mene vriti comunicaction se kharida tha. Connection ko kharidne k samay mujhse jhuth bola gaya aasa kyu jhuth bolkar costumer ko befkoof kyu banate he is baare me complaint par dhayan diya jaye meri complaint ka mujhe jald se jald responce milna chahiye.
No one should be answering afer selling the ner cat for proper activation

Same is with me, on 16 oct 2009 i ve applied online for reliance netconnect, very quickly i received call from vriti info that 2nights 3days goa bla bla bla..., i shown intrest in unlimited plan rs 750, after few minutes i had again received call and executive asked me my hdfc cc details to make phone payment, since reliance have some reputation [atleast before this experiance] i have given him the same, but he asked me for other cc details saying that hdfc cc failed to transact the requested amount, so i have provided him standardchartred cc details, then no call from him and no responce to my calls either.
Yes after 1-2 hrs there executive [local] visited to home, filled up a form, delivered a netconnect card having mrp 2200.00 on box, but when i have asked him about any kind of acknowledgement receipt or a bill copy of my transaction, but he told me that it will sent to you on email.
As of today i ve just received verification call from reliance and she informed me that my card will get activated with 24 hrs, still question is what about an extra payment of rs 2250.00 he done, bcause after confirming with respective banks, payment is done from both of my credit cards.

Same here i brought reliance datacard broadband+ from relaiance.
One execative mr. Mayak told me if you do not like the card you will get ur rs.3500 and we will take our card back.
This way they laying & get the coustomers.

A person came to my house handed over the datacard and collected rs:3500.00 for datacard and security deposit and said it will be activated by the next day. But the instrument not worked for more than a week.

I realized when approched the reliance web world that any dealer not suppose to take any security deposit and it is not paid to reliance. The people who sit in office are not attending any calls and by name albert joseph [albert. [protected]@vriti-interactive.com] who is working there send me a mail for additional docs which are not required.

I had ordered the airtel dth pack through vriti and paid them online and they said that i would receive the mail with the airtel order id kit and through which i can order my dth connection. Still now i didnt get a mail from their end. When calling them they are saying that its under process and the connection would be installed shortly. Am worried as i have maid the payment but they are now showing no concern to the order of my dth connection.

I am aftab ahmed shariff from bangalore i purchased an reliance netconnet datacard pack vriti interactive the person came to my office &handed over the datacard and collected 2000+50 =2250. Rs 50. As petrol charge. When i break the box seal i found g. S. K card missing in my kit till date it is not coonected so in feature anybody in india want to buy anything first dont pay before you are satisfied with the product.
I wanted to buy airtel digital tv so i email on the id given on airtel site that is [protected]@airtel.in, i recieved call and i ordered and made an online payment. After that i came to know this is some vriti infocom pvt. Ltd. So i send an email to airtel again (as customer care didn't answer) i came to know that vriti is airtel's marketing partner. But after making many calls and emails i haven't receive any satisfactory answer and response from airtel. I thinks airtel is also part of this fraud.

I want to inform all of the readers about such fraud companies.

I have ordered reliance usb on 26th dec 2009 for the cost of rs.2250/- through net banking and paid on the same day. I checked with my bank account it was deducted, its confirmed. But i have not received the product till date. Mr anil singh and mr munendra kumar both of them on this deal. I tried to contact the phone ([protected]) has not picked up. I think they are cheating the customer. Legal action must be taken against this bogus web site & the culprits.
