[Resolved]  Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd, Noida / Reliance Data Card — reliance data card could not be activated

I had ordered online a reliance data card for internet an got delivered on 31 march 2009. I was provided my pin number after i had called the firm on 1 apr 2009. But to my notice it could not be activated due to incorrect pin number provided to me. I called and i was confirmed that the problem will be solved. But even after a week my problem is still unattended and i am not able to activate my data card. On repeated calling, still i have got no solution.

Reliance Infocom — internet Data card not working

I purchased a reliance data card no. [protected] on february 5 ' 2008 by paying Rs.3200/- including two months advance rental.
The card in question fails to establish connection, all the time. When I try to lodge a complaint by dialling *333 from reliance, they clearly admit that there is a technical snag at their end, but refuse to register a complaint.
Amazing! Is this how reliance works?
Do I have to regret the decision of buying a Reliance data card.
I have reached a state of helplessness.
Can anyone help?

Reliance Infocom Data Card — Deactivation of Internet connection

Dear Sir /Madam,
This mail I am writing in hope to get the
resolution from you for my problem and complaint against Reliance data
Card as per the attached document -

Please find following issues against Reliance -

1.Reliance do not care for customer and they just need money and
completely money minded.
2.Reliance services are not at all good and they talk rudly with customers
3.I lost huge business oopportunity due to unavailability of Internet
during emergency and also during urgency for my elder Father in Law
expired and I could not able to book the ticket as Net was not
available inspite of making regular payment to Reliance.
4.Inspite of so many complaints with Reliance Web world they haven't
change the address in my statement and due to which I was getting all
the statement delayed and no response from customer care.
5.They disconnected my net connection always without any information
and I suffered huge losses this time mentally and emotionally due to
loss of my Elder Father in Law.
6.They just want their payment with late charges without ever
bothering about service and not providing any response for our letter
and complaints.


I request you to provide me justice by compensating for my losses and
all the excess payment that I made to reliance immediately otherwise I
have to file Case against Reliance in consumer Court

we have bought 112 laptops from this company and at the time of deal they signed the contract that they will send service enggineer every week but after three months of deal they did not send any enggineer and when we gave them threat of legal action they sent once then again they are not sending enggineer.

Reliance GSM Service — Not establish internet

I am a customer of Reliance Smart from Indore with mob no. I have been using my phone from last so many years but now suddenly reliance has changed my tariff plan permanently. they informed me when i called there call centre that our police have changed so now you wont get this unlimited free sms service.

Reliance Data Card — Calling plan has been activated by Reliance on Data card

Trailing Mail i had forwarded to Reliance Corporate still we have not got any reply from them. We had recieved a replacement of data card from Mr. Ravi but if we are not using the old data card why should we pay the money. I want that Data card to ge deactivated as early as posible & i wont pay a single penny for it because i had already pai Rs. 6720/- for the same. Please read the trailing mail for more information. I am in touch with Mr. Ravi from last two month i dont have any objection with his service but we want our problem to be get resolved.

I think all Reliance had stopped giving services to the customer. I haven’t got any reply for my complaint on 17th Feb 09. Mr. Ravi had sold this data card to me. His office is in Bhavani Peth. First he had committed me that we will get our Payment credited to our account then after following up for two week he had given a replacement of another Data card & stated that he there is some complication to transfer the money back to your account we won’t be able to do that so please pay the balance amount & use this new Data card. He was suppose to send his person to collect the money & he had failed to do that also.

Then on 30/03/09 our books of account are suppose to close so we had accepted it & we had paid the balance amount of Rs. 1720/- at your Reliance web world office. Now again he is saying that again you have to pay the bill for this month also. If we are not using that Data card why should we pay.
Any how we had paid around Rs. 6720/- for one data card just for 2month. This much amount is suppose to be paid for uses of 6 month.

As we are your old customer we have many data cards of Reliance. Please think about my complaint & sot this issue. Following are the contact details of Mr. Ravi. Mobile No. [protected].

We had purchased a New Reliance data card bearing Mobile No. [protected] on the name of Mr. Sachin Barodia. We had choosed a plan of Rs. 999 unlimited access & unlimited downloading.
Still our services had been block twice. We had paid Rs. 2000/- on dated 21/01/09 at Reliance Web world in Hadapsar & Rs 1000/- on dated 05/02/09 in FC road branch in Pune. Still we are getting a mail from Reliance that our credit limit is crossed we need to pay.
Please help us to solve the problem. I am trying to get somebody at your call center but no one is replying properly on it.

I anuj chaudhrie on behalf of M/S C&C ALPHA GROUP, 7TH FLOOR, MERIDIEN COMMERCIAL TOWER had bought a new data card with 3.1mbps speed for Rs3500/ in the companies name i.e C&C ALPHA GROUP and supplied all the necessary documents desired by you people on 9th Apr.09 to your company representative Mr Mahesh ([protected]) and they have promised that this card will start working by 6pm max. on 10th of Apr.09 and when this activation didn't get through then i tried to call your office and had a word with some female and she informed me that by their own mistake they have filled worng caff instead of corporate they have filled the personel one now again it has to be filled again and i was asured by one of the ma'am that some one from their office will reach our office on saturday but no body turned you till date and even today i had a word with Abhishek and he asured me that some one will definately reach our meridien office by 2-3pm. Now i request that you people will keep you promise and activate this card by evening.

This is with reference to our Reliance data card. I have reliance data card 4 March 2009. After purchasing I have used it regularly but after 15 days of purchasing it have some problem like it will disconnect within 10 minutes after connecting, and i will connect it again...again and again. this process is continued whenever come to work on net.

Now I am frustrated about it because I have complained it many times on Customer care and reliance web world many times but there is no responce.
It seems that Vriti Infocom is not able to handle customers, all bloody in Vriti infocom noida never attend our phone calls. I have same problem of activation of my usb card (3.1 mbps) . I have provided all the documents required but still after 3 days my card is not activated (23/04/09). I have purchased card in name of my company SAS Motors Ltd. and provided all whatever they demanded.

I have been victim to Vriti INFOCOM's deals with Reliance net connect last week in mumbai
Note that this is cheating company formed to get money..

If some needs to get their money back just go to Vriti INFOCOM's office on below address

Do not forget to take police escort with you along with complaint.
i have bought the same net connect on 25th Mar 09 and my connection is still not active. the people at their mumbai are so careless that whenever i call, they promise me the results in 10 min and then do nothing. they have realy cheated us a lot. more than one month is over now and no result. they are even hiding their local office, mumbai address.

i have even written to reliance communication, at mumbai.. knowledge city, but all in vain.

if they won't address my problem soon, i am going to court on monday.. this is no more tolerable.

I have purchased Netconnect broadband+ data Card from Viriti Infocom by online purchase, on 29th March my card got Delivered but still I am waiting for activation for the same, I am continuously taking follow-up with VIRITI but I am not getting any positive response from their end, now I have only one option that I go to consumer Court & lodge a complaint against VIRITI & Reliance Communications Limited. – Balvant ([protected])
This complaint is against : - Virti Infocomm, Mumbai ( Mr Lokesh, who says he is incharge of Mumbai)

I have already written my complaint here, a week before... I have even written to Virti Head Office at Noida, but they too seems to be so ignorant that they don't bother about the complaint of a costumer since more than one month.

now the situation is that Mr Lokesh, saying himself the incharge of Mumbai area is saying that he will refund my money, but when only God knows.

The inside story what come to light while talking to several other people of Viti is that my connection is active and someone is using it. My Modem is with me and how it is possible, only virti can tell that.

The reason why they are not activating is that someone using my free offer period of 02 months that i got during their initial offer via internet.

Now, the only solution to this is to go to consumer court, if someone sees it better, pls give me a call at [protected], I am ready to take all strict actions againt fraud done by virti with me and will go till any end.

The situation is not that difficult.
Only problem is that Vriti people do not tell you many things.

I wrote reliance people through e-mail at their site. The addresses are netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com;

Then, I downloaded the installation manual (which is a docx file in Office 2007 format) and it says that you have to use MDN number as both username and password. It worked.
So, after 48 hours of submission of documents, I am surfing now. Speed is also quite good.

Please file a sue against this company in consumer forum.. This company employees don't know how to behave on phone and yes this company is total fraud company. My Experience is also worst with this company. All Employee Prashant, Aamir, Abhishek & All tele-executive have one qualification that is fraud and MBA in Fraud.

So please be-ware of these frauds.

Request you to all whosoever is reading this blog that plz do not purchase any data card from Vriti Technologies, Noida. They servicies are very poor and they cheat the people.

Two days before I purchase a Data card which was promised to be activated on the same day but by this time it is not activated and we are taking followups but they are not responding. Now seeing their response I had stopped their payment, which was done through ICICI Bank Cheque.

If somebody from Reliance is going through this blog, Request you to plz withdraw the dealership of Data Card from such guys, as this spoils the name of Reliance.

I hope you all understand the frustation and trouble that i need to face. To avoid this with any other guy i am sharing my experience.
