Purchase Reliance Netconnect+

I had purchase reliance netconnect+ online from vriti infocomm on sunday 04/03/2012 after that nobody had came for the activation, even after calling to them they don't even pick up my phone and when they do so they just give the excuses. Now its about a week no respond from them. Please help me to refund my amount of rs.2523/- Which I had paid online.
