[Resolved]  Vrl Logistic Ltd — not delievery of important material

Sub: Late delivery of express parcel -request for excess payment of amounts –request –Reg.
Ref: 1) Way bill no. [protected] dt.[protected] delivery challana 1518549 dt[protected]
2)My letter dt.[protected] Under registered post acknowledgement due RLAD A 6796 and 6798 dt.[protected]
With reference to my complaint I have sent the above parcel under express cargo to my disappointment reached as ordinary / general parcel as per earlier general parcel reached in five days of time where this is delivered on sixth day the reasons beyond of view. The excess collected amount at 4 to 5 times may be refunded is requested. The organization should satisfy and work for its customers satisfactorily.
This is for fvour of information and necessary action.
