[Resolved] Vrl Logistics — Ticket booked online but not received | |||
Date: 27th June 2010 Dear Sir, I had booked 3 tickets (sleeper) online from www.vrllogistics.in on[protected], amounting Rs.1005/-(one thousand five only), bearing seat number 19,20,21 from Bellary to Bangalore. But ticket was undelivered, but the amount of Rs.1005/- was debited from my bank account. The same was reported to VRL Logistics, bellary office in person...but the person sitting there told NO booking is been shown in their portal...and sold the same ticket to another person for the same day.. He gave me the number of Hubli office to contact as[protected]/564/565/563/567 when i called there..they asked me to contact Mr. Manjunath, given his contact number-[protected]...he said it happened due to technical problem...and the same amount of Rs.1005/- will be credited in your bank account in one or two hours. But to my surprise...the amount is still not credited in my account... Following is the transaction details of the bank: 8 05/06/2010 IIN/CCAvenue.co/[protected]/0 DR INR 1,005.00 Today 22 days passed...but no money refund i got...Sir please look into the matter and see that i get my said money Thanks & Regards/- Swapnil S. am also exeperiencr the same..i booked tickets in october but tickets were not booked still waiting for money when contacted VRL people they are saying today eond of the day ..but their EOD never am calling daily to them they are saying same thing...please dont book VRL they are thinking people have no option & are coming to VRL because its karnataka thats all..am also fromkarnataka hence i booked but now..please dont book on VRL there plenty of options like sharma sony bettter KSRTC...

we need to go to consumer cort & need to thought a lesson for these people
I faced the same, But before knocking local vrl agents door, i called the vrl cust care number:"[protected]".He asked for the temp PNR number under non confirmed tickets and told that, he will get back to me.Then he called again and Confirmed those tickets.
May be the above mentioned number helps ppl.
