Dear Sir I have booked a parcel through VRL .i went to collect the parcel (L.R.NO[protected] from the VRL Logistics branch office in marthandam,Kanyakumari district,Tamilnadu.The person behavier is very bad and rude as if he is giving me free of cost and asking unnecessary question to me i felt so bad on the issue and i want log a complaint to VRL please help the VRL to take action against VRL staff in marthandam Branch.
