VTU — Discrepancy in Result of July-2011 Examination

Respected Sir,


I was regular student of *VI -SEM Mechanical
Engineering for the period of Feb-July 2011* and attended all the classes
and Internal Tests and secured Internal Assessment Marks in all Subjects.I
have appeared for July-2011 examination.But when the result was announced
in the month of Aug-2011,I was surprised to see that my result was announce
without reflecting Internal Assessment marks in 06 theory subjects except
practical subjects. I was failed in *Mechatronics & Micro
-processor*subject although I had got min.external marks to pass the
subject.
Regarding this this a letter was forwarded to VTU by our college office
with copies of Internal Assessment Marks OMR sheets in the month of *August
2011(may be letter dated 18.08.2011)*.But still the problem has not been
rectified. My marks card has been sent without Internal Marks in all
subjects *except Practical Subjects*. Again I have submitted a letter to
principal on 03.01.2011.about this problem.He may be forwarding letter to
you by another one week.So I request you to look into matter and rectify
the problem. Regarding I sent mail examination dept and registrar of vtu emailids given in VTU website. But both the emailids are not working and the phone no. given in VTU website will be always busy. I am not able to contact anyone. So I request you to start a complaint section on your website so that students problems can be forwarded to VTU through your website. Please do something to solve my problem
