Sir i would like to draw your kind attention towards my car wagon r vxi model purchased from your dealer M/S VEHCLEADES pathankot I bought the car on dated 26/10/2009 just after a year i saw that the reflector of driver side head light was broken inside the head light .i went two three times to the above said dealer and told the problem to the electrical section of the service centre . he replied that it must be happened due to some jumps on the road where as i think due to low quality of material is used and the vehcile is under warranty of two years it must be replaced or repaired by the company within two years .sir even i had purchased the third year warranty .which is valid up to 27 oct 2012.Sir please do tell them either to repair it or replace the defective product as soon as possible, as i was going to the consumer forum due to non cooperation of the above said dealer,but a friend of mine told me to write to you as you deals with complaints regarding to cars .hoping to be favoured soon with a reply.
